We had two visitors in our office today who left the chairs all messy so I pushed them under the desk. Even in restaurants, I cannot stand it when people leave and don't put their chairs back under the table, messy fuckers! OCD maybe

They mean that rail services were disrupted AFTER lines were damaged. Not the way they've written it.

Apart from those weirdos insisting on keeping a full set of cutlery in their desk drawers, it transpired to most of the lost spoons had gone in the bin. I suppose it's better than using them for cooking up heroin. Just.
