Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

I shop in Lidl all the time :( don't even own any fake Burberry.

My gripe is my OH tit-biting the dog all the time despite me repeatedly telling him not to.

Then he calls her fat!

Blimey - had to reread that. Thought for a minute your OH enjoyed orally stimulating your dog's nipples... :-o

I read boobie nibbling too... rather than tid-bitting (with a more American spelling, apparently)

Back on topic:
Those silver foil type lids on vitamins and such like that don't have an easy peel tab and that you have to stab repeatedly with something sharp to open.

the most expensive way to buy train tickets in the country, always advertising about how cheap they are, and now floating for £75 million! The triumph of advertising over facts.

Everyone in my office brings back a variety of sweets and biscuits from their travels to share with everyone. One person can't be bothered to do so and just brings in chocolate from Lidl on his way back into work on his first day back.
