I nearly stopped to take a photo but he blended in with the background so well it would have been pointless.

Person X thinks that person Y won't like or want to do something so won't find out. How do you know? Ask them! An item supposedly costs more than somewhere else so won't bother looking. Not that I'm in agreement with that sort of arrangement. The 2 don't mix I reckon.
