Having to chase the snooze around because I'm sleepy and the phone moves from landscape to portrait as you swivel it in your hand. When I'm v sleepy and trying to switch the annoying f**ker off, my gears are thoroughly ground ... as will be the phone against a bedroom wall one of these days.

It transpires that the issue may really be as much to do with the retailer as Hermes - the package apparently has an amalgam of my two last addresses on it. The road names, two postcodes etc. I still fail to see why neither of them (Hermes, ProBikeKit) could just call on any of the numbers they hold for me or text or mail (I had mails and texts from both) to ascertain which one was correct. Now the package has to be rejected, go back to ProBikeKit and then I have to reorder. Grrrrrrrr
