PtB - you asked "Like what"? (I assume you mean banking things you can't do online?) The visit was to withdraw cash from my son's account! It's an Under-16s account, and he's only allowed £250 a day using his cashcard, and we wanted significantly more than that.
The reason "Why"? This is another gear-grinding moment.
He had an account that was paying a reasonable 2.5% Interest. However, this is only upto a certain amount. Once that amount is exceeded, the Interest Rate drops to 0.1% - fuckers. Hence, we were withdrawing most of his funds from that account to put into a Junior-ISA paying 3.25%, hence could not be done online!
Where possible, I do most of my banking online.
Unfortunately I had to go in to Lloyds again yesterday, and I received the same poor performance as per Monday!

The fact my boss complains about the workplace being untidy, or needing a dusting. The boss is the second biggest creator of mess (the first is the bosses GSD). He goes round leaving cupboard doors open, label backing paper left on the side just inches from the bin, empty slide boxes on the bench instead of in the bin, last night he'd decanted some liquids and left the whole bench swimming in yellow goo. I feel like I'm picking up after a child all the time! Today, I spent my whole time at work busy, doing work things, while my boss is sorting stuff out in his kitchen and watching news clips on the BBC website. Then he complains his office needs dusting!! Gah. I could go on, but it would get boring...
Oh one more thing, my work colleague putting extra spaces in file names when saving things on the computer. More annoying, I remove them and I find she's put them back!!!!!!

"Trending" is a mutilation of the English language that means "currently popular." It derives from a sad misunderstanding of the verb "to trend" as meaning "to become a trend."

This grinds my gears on a daily basis:
"Someone called me from this number".
It's a fucking business, we have about 15 sodding people in at any one time. Why didn't you wait for them to leave a message? If they didn't leave a message, it was obviously not important. Don't waste my time having to ask around in the office. Wankiferating cocknuggets.
