Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Nope she seems to work a two day week now, Tues and Weds.

Rest of the time taken up with dancing, and no doubt her pay (my licence fee) is reduced accordingly

+1 for the train service

Just spent a few days travelling in France/Belgium/Germany. Clean, punctual buy a ticket get a seat. Back at St Pancras it was a real culture shock with the scrimmage to get on, people sitting in reserved seats etc,. Quite shameful really...

The advertisement for a Sunday paper's cookbook (either Sunday Telegraph or Sunday Times) with that stupid woman smashing plates of increasingly fine food to convey the idea (I think) that the (perfectly edible) results that get thrown away are what make the ones that got into the book the best quality. I hate it for the waste in the first place when some people can't afford to buy even basic food never mind the faffy stuff this cookbook produces, for giving the idea that said waste is legitimate in pusuit of some warped notion of "quality" and for the smirky, smug look on the face of the model who was clearly too stupid and small-minded to properly think through what she was putting her face to :-(
