I also usually wrap a buff around my wrist so I can stick the thing on my head if it starts getting really nippy, obv. you lose an enormous amount of bodyheat from your head. OB - a group of us are running the Yorkshire Three Peaks this weekend, I suspect that long sleeves will be muchly visible ... you are welcome to come along and test your theory

Anyway, back on topic... Not being able to run.
