Compensation culture - That people can be given huge compensation from the MOD for injuries caused by walking in time with other people, yet others who've suffered far greater injuries need to go before Boards and have more investigations to obtain smaller amounts.*

The whole " Vest , shorts and skimpy black gloves " look that many club runners favour for Winter races........Apart from the aesthetics , if it's cold enough for gloves then it's cold enough for a long sleeved base-layer / top underneath the vest ( or on its own ).....

Zorba - I often get cold hands when racing but nothing else. For me its usually crop top, skimpy shorts and gloves :P

Same here Curly, I really suffer with my hands in the winter due to VBW but if I wear a LS top I am burning up.
