That the two pieces of breaded fish in a box are very different in sizes. The meal is for two adults, not one child and anode adult!

Shell Energy, smart meter failure, their inability to fix it, ignored my customer reading in favour of random estimated ones, and bills which refer to direct debit amount wildly different to what we pay. Oh, and I'm currently £430 in credit, even based on their estimates. |

I was about £500 in credit last statement. Guess it's a bit less because since then I've started to put heating on Roll on spring |

We are over £400 in credit but they (British Gas - ie. Centrica) have just increased our direct debit total again to £326 per month. Robbing greedy bastards. Tax them to the hilt and nationalise utilities.

Knitting yarn being sold in skeins that need to be wound instead of in balls that can be used as they are. And anyone who tells me bullshit about it being because it's better for the fibre in some way instead of acknowledging that it's to create an air of exclusivity.

Tonyp you don't have to accept the increase to the direct debit. We didn't - we have a four figure credit balance!! Interestingly a few days later Octopus emailed to offer us some of the balance back!

Tony, you can also ask to move to a variable direct debit - i.e. only pay for what you used that month. Obviously that means paying more in winter and less in summer though. moneysavingexpert.com |
