Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

You put something on a selling site let’s call it a large sofa and put the price on COLLECTION ONLY. Then someone 100 miles away offers a price of 50% less and asks can you deliver 🙈

Leaf blowers.

Yesterday two contractors/council employees were walking up and down the street with them, relocating every leaf. Why?

zmescience.com Leaf blowers!

I've got an electric garden vacuum/leaf blower I inherited. It's pretty useless, actually.

People running in group/club runs on lit streets with lights on (if I'm following a flashing red light I find it really disorientating!). If running on your own then fair play, but really not necessary in a group guys and gals!

[SD I don't know what your street lighting is like in your town, but here the pavements are so uneven, and the street lights so dim, that head or chest torches are strongly recommended for our club runs. Before we started actively encouraging torches we were finding scarcely a week went by without a nasty fall.]
