Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

V'rap, I have considered calling a block meeting for things like this and general cleanliness. But now we have a cleaner for the communal areas, but I don't expect them to go through the fridge.

Cackleberry, I would (and have done in my work) just bin it, nice tub and all. If they wanted it then they should have looked after it and not let it go mouldy! Then again I am a hardhearted harridan so might not be the person to take advice from :)

People having loud public phone conversations using hands free. There really is no need to shout if you use the phone properly. And I don't want to hear your half of the conversation.

And while I'm at it - the use of blue tooth speakers in public. Get some fucking headphones. Or play some Peter Gabriel.

Fragile Do Not Bend
People who want to follow a Facebook post, who post a comment just saying F.

I saw a post today with 19 replies and I was expecting an interesting conversation, but 17 of those were Fs, one was someone asking why all the Fs and one was someone explaining how to follow a post the ‘proper’ way.

[I've never seen that Fragile. My FB friends are clearly not FB-savvy :-)]

[Not my friends, it’s generally on local ‘news’ pages. It’s a double edged sword following those pages - I get to find out useful local information but I have to try so hard not to correct all the appalling spelling and grammar]
