Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Vapers think they're all high and mighty because they aren't properly 'smoking' any more. I think they're a bunch of bell ends who look fucking stupid with their silly vaping devices blowing shit smelling smoke into everyone's faces.

Yep. And they don't see an issue with blowing it at everybody else because "it's not cigarette smoke".

My son has recently started vaping (nicotine free apparently), because his friends do. I was fucking furious.

Every hint that the NHS and those who sail in her should be encouraging/facilitating smokers to take up vaping. The Department of the Bleedin' Obvious can find nothing whatsoever to recommend the behaviour.

People should be applauded for giving up smoking, don't get wrong. Starting to act like an anti-social twat shouldn't be part of it though.

In addition to what others have said about smokers, there is also the stubbed out fags that are dropped or thrown into the road at bus stops or on the tracks at train stations. Thankfully, a lot of councils' Civil Enforcement Officers do come down hard on this.

In addition, I find smokers particularly weak, which helps me deal with their general inconsiderate behaviour - 'Too weak to say no in the first place and now too weak to quit.'

To briefly detour back to the brake lights issue, on our car it's the auto hold function that activates the brake lights, nothing to do with the gearbox.

When you come to a stop, the car automatically keeps the brakes on, hence the lights (it doesn't have a manual handbrake).
