Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Why is it black? Shouldn't it be a nice colour like Scarlet, Scarlet Thursday.....

I get no such emails.

Non runners who keep telling me I'm not very good at running because I'm too slow... Actually anyone who tells me I'm too slow. Stop trying to make me feel bad for doing exercise!!

Anyone who tells any person or group of people that they're not very good at running because they're too slow. With a special category of ground gears for people who don't run but nonetheless insist that if they *did* choose to run they'd be faster than the person they're sneering at for running.

Surely said non-runners need to be challenged to a race? Preferably a marathon :)

Anyone who can run IS a good runner. Go to any race or event and everyone treats each other with respect no matter how fast (or not) they may be.

Well done, erinsmum. Keep going!

Trying to decipher by bedroom light whether my tights are navy or black.

Also, completely unrelated (obviously): Sainsburys having a sesame seed shortage. For over a month. It's making me cross.

We weathered the great Tesco sage shortage during the summer. Happier times now.
