That backpack was probably the best memento I've ever got, macca, although the nice long sleeved shirts of recent years have been pretty good (if a little bright in some cases!). Back in ye olde dayes it used to be paper entry delivered to a fairly local address, of course. It must have slowed down the entry process, but I guess it's easier to administer if done on line (and by someone else who does nothing but that!).
