Me: "go and read and then come and ask me if you still need to" Honestly this goes on several times a day. No one can be bothered to look at the SOPs because they'd rather ask me. The only reason I've actually written some of the SOPs is so I can point at them when someone disagrees with me and say "well that's not what it says here". Argh.
