Several weeks off running because of injury but started run walk and planned to do Parkrun yesterday as my first proper run. However, they were short of a timer, so I volunteered as I knew I'd be able to run today with a buddy. Woke up this morning with a raging sore throat and everything aching. I'm getting a little impatient with myself 😡

Sometimes people who've been spelling it correctly suddenly have a lapse. I also get called by my last name in emails and when I reply to say best wishes from first name I still get a reply to the last name. Occasionally I spell the sender's name ridiculously to draw attention to how they've spelt mine, eg Dear Allysson, Say-rah, Aaaan

(In fact, it's not so much my gears which are grinding, as other parts. I think grapefruit may be to blame.)
