Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

I didn't notice any effects like that but resting heart rate is not something I monitor. No pins and needles as I recall.

Have had the odd heart palpation when I first started taking it and on increasing my dose, yep to pins and needles, and sweats which my mum and brother also get!

I'm in the club as well now. Started with a small dose and just hoping I'll start to feel better soon. I'd had elevated TSH for a long time but I got really frustrated when I lost most of my taste, GP took every blood test in the world and the only thing found wrong is the thyroid function. I'm really crossing all fingers and toes that I'm one of those weird people that lose taste with hypothyroidism and it will come back!

hi to both of you!

I didn't have any loss of taste cuddy just cold hands/feet and dry skin. much worse in the winter.

after taking the tablets for a few months now, the headaches have gone and it doesn't feel like i'm always trying to run uphill. not sure how winter will be this year! tbh I haven't really seen/felt any change at all.the heart racing has gone now too.

Hi to Cuddy and NSC. It does get better when they find the right dosage.

Hope you do but tbh I don't think I feel as well as I used to. A lot of the symptoms have gone but I do tire easily :(
