Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Back from hols, unpacked.

Final run this morning to Portland Bill and back, 3 hrs 45 min!

Tomorrow = swim then Covid jab 2 then wait for wattbike Atom delivery followed by no doubt lots of set up fiddling and test ride.

Eager to climb into a race but that may have to wait until I have the set up and use sussed and not feeling Covid jabbed to death.

Morning all - look forward to seeing how you go on the Atom TRO.

Here in the house of POD there is a strange feeling of happiness. I usually have something to bother me after a race but as I sit here I'm struggling.

Atmosphere and banter were brilliant yesterday.

Bike - I rode to a plan that got me solid rather than spectacular rides.

Runs - first 2 felt like jogging, picked up a little on 3rd. Again all to plan.

Hydration and gels were bang on.

I shall blog later in more detail but as I sit here with mild quad doms, no calf pain , some discomfort in my lower back and an achy neck I'm actually feeling very happy.

Strange days indeed
