Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Lol Decorum - you’ve got the picture!

I am considering doubling up as I have some exercise bras with the standard bra strap/fixings which I can just about get into without swearing in pain. They are not supportive enough on their own (I tend to use them for Yoga and Pilates). Anything is worth a try at the moment!!!

Sheepy Shuffle HM ticked off today (Walking) - raising funds for a sheep sanctuary near Boston.

In total I walked 16.1 miles as I had to walk Ndog (2.2) first and then had to extend the HM distance as the Sussex sheep I wanted to take a photo of were in a different field 😂

Lovely medal WP :-)

Hope everyone is doing fine.

On holiday this week so going away up north for a couple of days to visit OH’s family so that will be nice.

Running has been fairly steady as I have been going early morning but nothing much over 5 miles - occasionally a 10k and I think a 7 miler so yesterday I tested myself nice and early and a bit warm at times and so was pleased with a half marathon in 2.16 :-) . No idea where that came from but I felt good so just kept going.

Unfortunately I have no races left waiting for cancellation but there’s always next year

Mulbs - sorry to hear about London xxx

Anyone else still marathon training?

I am still training for Beachy Head but if it does go ahead with the revised arrangements I think I will defer as I can’t face having to carry a change of clothes (plus food) along the entire route and then having to find somewhere to change before travelling home on a train - or taking the car and changing out of soggy clothes in a car park if it rains. And as I am doing it as a walker I will be out there for a very long time - more info in the next week. In the meantime it is Head v Heart!!
