Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Early doors. Takes any stress away and allows time to q for toilets. Baggage lorries often close up eArly as well.

I reckon I will be there at 08:30 latest. But I am renowned for being early. However I would rather be there. Tomorrow I am on blue start for first time and do have new surroundings to get used to as well.

Just checked and I took a photo last year at 08;44 and I had been there a while as I had queued for the toilet as soon as I arrived. Baggage lorries close at about 09:15 :-0

Lee - 0830hrs should be fine. They do give you coffee, tea and water in the enclosures but make sure you take a plastic bag or something to sit on when you get there in case the ground is still wet. You don't want to be on your feet for an hour more than you need to before the race.

It’ll take me a good 30 minutes before the baggage trucks close to put this lot on!

You need some P20 Fergus - put it on before you leave home and no need to worry about pouring water over yourself either.

Had to grab the first Factor 50 I could find locally LMH! Couldn’t get anything small enough that I could take through the airport as hand luggage, but will look into P20 as an option for the summer.
