My dad's cousin in in the old family home where I'm sure she was born in the late 1930s. She's quite eccentric and reclusive I believe, but the place isn't full of cats.

A 3 bedroom house here goes for £650,000 plus. This one is the most expensive I’ve seen, (I think it has belong to a former F1 racing driver). Incidentally the island has a massive affordable housing crisis. I wonder why.

Meglet, i love the house, the "flat" could probably be great, although i'm not sure i agree with the suggested layout. It doesn't look damp, but... also probably needs some consideration for insulation, bit of a project for sure.
