Another favourite is Warrior 2, reverse warrior, back to warrior 2, then extended side angle pose, back to Warrior 2, then down dog.

I have recently started doing some yoga, anyone else on here that has had persistent niggly injuries for years actually noticed any benefit?

Yes - me. It has helped resolve a long-standing (and I mean 2 years) hip problem.

I think that a lot of injuries I have had have been due to my feet being weak and yoga has helped with that.

It's helped with glute issues and tight hips, the latter using yin yoga.
