Other mornings I do a 30 min practice from YouTube. I always feel better for it (though picked one this morning that was tougher than intended)

DrPhleecingD Mar 2021 8:24pm, 4 Mar 2021 52,038 posts	0 DrPhleecingD I’ve been doing zoom yoga classes January February and now into March and I must say that having to pay plus turn up online at a certain time is far more motivating for me than trying to remember to do stuff on YouTube. I kind of like the teacher now, though she’s not as good as my last one. But that’s mostly because the last one did lots of lying down yoga and that’s my favourite type
