Red Tomato Oct 2009 1:38pm, 19 Oct 2009 7,167 posts	Red Tomato wednesday league started last week, but was only 2 miles on grass in the dry, with no mud, so I don't really feel it counted. other league starts nov 1st at framlingham which I have heard is tough, looking forward to it
Oct 2009 2:09pm, 19 Oct 2009 115 posts	I love the xc at Framlingham - lots of mud, stiles and a beautiful castle to run around :-). Am doing the Ryston Runners grand prix this year. One race so far and would definitely recommend - no need to belong to a club either. Really looking forward to the next one in a couple of weeks time.
