I heard a rumour its a bit of a fix this year and one of the posh boys (telesales executive bloke) gets the job....could be wrong though!!!

the whole thing is fixed this year, the wrong people are getting fired. it's now just an entertainment not a real job interview process.

I also liked army boy but he changed a lot when he was proj manager. Can't see Lucinda lasting long and I think round faced girl (Claire) won't be there for much. Alex (pretty boy) is horrible and I wouldn't trust him an inch
