I think that he reckons simon is a follower, not a leader. A good second in command as he was in the Army

what's wrong with simon?
it's Kevin, aka Matt Lucas with hair, that annoys me. he has that hurt puppy look on his face, that sort of passive aggressive thing that irritates the hell out of me.
but last week, yes the project manager should have gone.

You're spot on with Matt Lucas ! I like the way he claimed he'd walked into the board room and "nailed" Ian to the floor despite looking as though he'd shat himself in the run up to the decision.

Forgive me for being dim, but how did they 'over-order' when they kept running out of food?

At least SA made the right descision last night. I must have missed something though - I thought the boys lost because they spent far to much money on the 'marketing' - why didn't the project manager take one of those boys into the board room, nothing was said about this afterwards either.
Although Kevin the cook was not up to much - I don't think it was his fault they bought all their stuff from Tescos.

I liked the way that Ian totally denied the fact that Kevin gave a pep talk (even though Simon in teh background was agreeing with Kevin), i was shouting at the TV at that point - I think that was one the main things that did for him in the end.
For once the girls in the main got on with each other - wonders will never cease.
