Being that he was handpicked for the role they obviously rate him and that threat might just be enough to loosen the purse strings.

He "negotiated" an improved rate based on two companies wanting him. It's "only" retail, so we're talking just above min wage, but it's still an improvement and I'm very proud of and pleased for him. All it took was an instructor he got on with and an intensive week. I am so pleased and relived for him.
