I am convinced I read that levels were ditched and scotland will come out of lockdown as one. The levels though could be used in future if there were issues in certain areas. Must have imagined it !

Levels! I am mortified Maybe they should have been called "Grades" though
You could be out on your exercise and pop into the garden to see someone, which is what a mate did throughout the first lockdown. Walk down, couple of drinks, walk back. Four miles, and a thin string to some form of sanity. Just as well we had the weather for it.

RR the stay at home is to do with staying in your local area. As I see it you can meet in groups of up to 15 including coaches, only the coaches can travel between different areas.

I was lolling all over the floor as I did some indoor exercise, listening to the lunch time news telling us about up to 4 meeting outdoors, as the sleet and snow whipped horizontally across the window in front of me! G

Sunny now J, it's crazy dark skies, showers of sleet and snow, then sunshine. Perfect meeting up outdoors weather!

Here’s an extract from the SA guidance shared via the club;
Key points for those in Level 4 areas include: Those aged 12+ and over can take part in organised group exercise with their group. Permitted group size is up to 15 people, including jog leaders. Physical distancing should be maintained at all times – 2m when side by side, and 5m when running single file. Where there are multiple bubbles operating at the same venue, risk assessments must be completed to ensure there can be no mixing of participants before, during or after the activity. Adults (18+) should only travel locally (within their local authority area) to take part in organised sport or physical activity. Coaches and jog leaders can travel across local authority boundaries to coach/lead. However, please remember to minimise travel where possible For informal exercise, people of all ages can travel up to 5 miles from their local authority boundary, meeting in accordance household guidelines on group.
These will be interpreted in differently ways.

If you are Rangers Running Club rules don’t apply and a police escort will be provided for up to 2000 runners. 😀
