Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

I don't think you have to commit to either km or miles and then stick to that for the whole month. As long as you do the km amount each day, that will be enough to count. If you occasionally go longer, that won't be held against you.

jelly So long as you do the minimum each day (measured in km), you'll be fine. If it helps, ignore the colours and just watch your score increase - you got today's points because 13 miles is further than 2km.

Oh me again, so it says on the 29th run 2+9, but what about 10,11,12,13? Are they 1 +1

1 plus 2, etc? I just need to be aware of what I’m trying to do next week as I’m not sure it’s possible with my shifts!

2k on the 11th (1+1)
3k on the 12th (1+2)
etc

Thanks for all your help, when I wrote out the numbers I realised there’s no way I can fit in some of the runs with my work shifts, maybe I’ll come back to it when I am feeling fitter!

Some months are probably easier than others. Particularly fitting in the longest days around the likes of a work pattern, or training pattern.

And obviously February has between 1 and 3 fewer days to complete, including normally the longest of the lot.
