Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

pressed enter too soon!

I *know* that it is a run the sum challenge (with now the addition of walk the sum or ride the sum) but next month I'm thinking of doing my own version: move the sum. (so basically I'll use of combination of all 3!)

Thank you 😊

Right leg and hip were a bit niggly when I started off today but I walked through it and was fine by the end. My route today was quite undulating which helped I think.
Might split the distance between two walks tomorrow though as MaltDrinker has his club session so won't want to do a longer walk to keep me company.

well done DQ.

I've given up for the month (although I was using run/walk/cycle).
I was aware of my knees when walking home from work and the thought of doing another 6km was not at all appealing considering that I would then need 9km tomorrow!

Sorry to hear that Jen HB. Maybe try again next month?
I did split mine today and it was ok but I'll be glad of just the 1k tomorrow! I'm usually in the gym on Wednesdays so a wee walk back to the car should cover it ;)

Day 16 and still bang on target and feeling good despite arthritis flaring in my hands. Coaches in the gym are being great at working round this and keeping me motivated.

Hello all

Looking at doing the walking and cycling of this - do you have to start on the 1st of the month or can you start any time?

Also is it a daily total or an individual exercise total?

About This Thread

1) Add the digits of the date together e.g 18th = 1+8 = 9km, 20th = 2+0 = 2km.

2) Run that distance on the relevant date to colour it in.

3) Complete the whole month to get a badge.
