I think that is the yearly target league. Mine is here

I’m definitely feeling the extra mileage today, on the the last couple of miles of my walk with Mr F today I felt I had run out of energy. I hope tomorrow’s run isn’t going to be too much of a struggle.

Another big month and still a bit to go. Tried to make today's run as much of road as I could and included a field of horses with a pony that was trying to push itself through a kissing gate. I had to climb through the fence nearby and tiptoe past the other horses.

7 miles with the running club. Made a difference having company and the weather was ideal. Happy running folks and tomorrow’s run is almost a rest day ;-)

1) Add the digits of the date together e.g 18th = 1+8 = 9km, 20th = 2+0 = 2km.

2) Run that distance on the relevant date to colour it in.

3) Complete the whole month to get a badge.
