I'll be starting at 7am - does anyone know what time the event centre at Derne Valley College opens? I need to book a taxi, I reckon I'll aim to get there around 6.30...

Event centre is open overnight - plenty of people camp there. the 6am walkers can register from 5:10 the 7am runners can register from 6:10 Taxi? You don't think you'll be in a fit state to drive / cycle home then? |

Mrs E needs the car, and she'll then pick me up from whichever checkpoint I reach! Thankfully I haven't got a bike (that's happening Christmas).....

Cheers, have f-mailed you. It would be out of your way. I've been carbo-loading tonight. Other (less educated types) would call it being a greedy git. A massive bowl of pasta and tuna is healthy. OK, so the two fresh cream and strawberry jam doughnuts maybe weren't....
