About Me | |

A sometime runner in my teens before cycling offered a more injury-friendly outlet for my endurance event excesses, I stopped running and cycling properly a good decade ago (the usual excuses of weddings, career, children, house renovating) and picked up the trainers again in 2006 to inject a little dose of exercise back into my much-older body.
I've been running regularly since, joined a great club and try and get to local races & the odd ultra to keep me motivated Show More...
