Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Long run from Belfast to Scrabo Tower in Newtownards this morning. Had been hoping for a nice picture of Strangforde Lough, but the weather want playing ball.

Looking back at Belfast was a little better.

Today's from njo looked very familiar to some trails we've walked around Mt Coot-tha.

No surprise to see it was just a few miles from there.

Can you still go there njo? Or are you also in a 'no travel' type lockdown?

If think technically we could go now but we definitely can from Saturday. We have always been able to exercise "in our suburb" and from Saturday we will be Abel to travel up to 50km for exercise or recreation. Bunyaville is definitely on the list of potential spots to visit. We don't want to go anywhere crowded though.

Now that I am allowed out to play again, I am attempting to run an average of a Fake parkrun every day in May (i have a small amount to catch up from first couple of days). Anyhow, this is on my Route. My wife runs but stops at 4km at this point and I loop around a bit further to make it 5.25km. I got the 75mile badge for April which for me is an achievement, so who knows, if the body allows I might get to 100 in May.

Very atmospheric XB, and you can say that you do know the way to San Jose.
