One turn wasnt marshalled at all(lots went wrong), as the huys in the bikes seeemd to be discussing tactics rather than looking out for runners Lots of Luco and water and nice smily marshals though Love the medal And its not their fault i had a crap(literally) race

Effing stoopid if you ask me Even if the chances of hitting runners are low, they make you really nervous.

Also saw Mick and Phil a couple of times; I got some good support out on the course so thanks to anyone that cheered me on, it really helped and was much appreciated. Calm conditions next year please-that last section along the Trent nearly finished me off!
