26.27 for me. And I was taking lots of corners wide.

Did I run it wrong?

Ah, bugger. Knew I did something wrong.

But *evil-laugh*, they still gave me a Full-medal. It's chunky and blingy and I'm quite pleased with it ;)

Ha - the medal is nice :-) I was wondering why I like it so much then it hit me... It reminds me of a huge chunk of chocolate!

Good to see u Chris, u must have clocked up
Some miles !!

The slow people starting at the front always seem to be a problem. In the first mile I passed loads of relay runners who started ahead of me ( I had been over optimistic with my finish time but in reality it was the one I got!!)) they were going at about 11 mm but had started ahead of the 3.45 area!! There was a short fat black bloke who was dripping in sweat and breathing like at the end of a mile race, he had only done about half a mile! Some people have no idea

Morning :)

I got 26.47, and I will obviously log the extra bit ;)

So, why were all you fetchies in incognito... hmmm?! I was looking out for everyone but only saw two vests in the race.
Well done Helen! Great running!! The London team do accept 3.50.xx it doesn't have to be sub 3.50, so you'll be fine.

Earlier on this year I had targeted this for a PB but due to the ultras I didn't get enough speed in my training so decided to aim for sub 3.30 instead.
I felt great... until we hit the wind wall at 21. I went from sub 8 min/miles to 9+ min/mile!
Still finished in 3.27 so I'm happy :)

Hey, I tried. I was in Fetch colours with DeeGee in great big letters across my back. Of course, with you being 30 minutes ahead of me you won't have seen what was on my back...

I think I only saw Malc, then you and Magpie Rob on the course, plus the two ladies I mentioned before.

Even a member of the running public told me "I haven't seen many of your lot out today"
