Fab gratitude round-up. Here's mine:

I felt better at the end than at the start of 2018.
Mum seems better at the end than at the start of 2018.
HRT turned me from a negative zombie to something approaching normal and allowed me to sleep again. I'm grateful for some friends who helped me to see that taking HRT wasn't failing or giving in.

Fetch and Fetchies.
Running and all the things it brings me.
A wonderful summer of OW swimming with friends.

OH loves me even when I am a nightmare.

Lovely Linds.

Today I am grateful for the energy to get stuff done this weekend. Nice to go back to work tomorrow without an ongoing to do list.

Catching up with my dearest friend, rarely get to see her since I moved 11 years ago, she still stays very special to me despite the miles.

It's good to have a friend like that Mrs J. My oldest friend is one of those who I see rarely but when we do spend time together we just slip straight back into it.

After a super grumpy day yesterday and a migraine last night, I am grateful to wake up with no headache. I did some yoga to start the day and then met a gorgeous 17 week old puppy on our walk. It's been a positive start :)

After getting 2 separate emails at work with very bad news about colleagues, I 'm grateful that however crap my various ailments/conditions make me feel, none of them are actually terminal and that I should count my blessings.

My fab osteopath who has thoroughly pummelled my back into submission. I ache like nobody's business right now but I know I'll feel better for it tomorrow. For my friend taking time out of a busy day to help me sort out an issue with QP. That QP is so bloody insightful. Oh and for the annual 30 day yoga offering from YwA.
