Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Go into my stats, it then opens the menu to Recovery Advisor, VO2 Max, Race Predictor.

I just read your blog, and then looked at your PBs, saw this and decided the watch is issuing you a stretch goal.

I'll be amazed if I ever hit what my Fenix 3 predicts for me. A 3-minute PB at 5k is just the start of it (and HOD has probably noticed at Milton parkrun that I have mastered the sweet spot of almost but not quite vomming or passing out at the finish line of a 5k, so I'd say 3 minutes is unrealistic).

So this was discussed at great length on the FR620 forum probably a year ago now. The prediction is based on VO2Max and there is a direct correlation to the times. Most people find the VO2Max is 3 points higher than the race predictor!
