In 1974, a friend was selling some albums at school to make money for 'stuff'. After parting with a hard-earned £1, and turning down Status Quo for an extra 30p, I found myself the proud owner of battered and scratched copies of the Ziggy Stardust & Aladdin Sane LPs. Both of which I still have today. It was the best £1 I've ever spent. Such magic. The man has gone, but he lives on through his great music

Bonners, I was at that same concert at Milton keynes. I can vividly remember the goosebumps and emotions as Bowie started playing Space Oddity. I've never been affected in the same way at the start of any other concert!
