started training in 2005 and love it. love to race and keep targets and a record of my distances because im a bit of a geek like that.
other things i like....chess, reading, music, being antisocial, travelling, photography, history, art, science and other stuff. running goals, a marathon under 3.30 and a 5k under 20. i would eventually like to get back into cycling, learn to swim properly ( not with the shocking lack of form i swim with now ) and do a triathlon.
