Eynsham Red
I saw Dr Feelgood at Oxford’s New Theatre in 1976. Until then I’d only heard their singles on the radio, on the strength of which I bought Down By The Jetty and Malpractice.
I hadn’t appreciated Wilko’s presence and dynamism until I saw the band. A sight never to be forgotten. A wonderful talent, and as others have already said, a humble man.
