Sounds vile phew!!

Lovely run/swim first thing. Just the ticket. Can feel it getting cooler but swims seem more enjoyable. Running before also is a hjghlight

Another quick dip in Loch Ailort this morning. No sewage thankfully. Picked the wrong place to get in. I had to wade quite far out and still wasn’t really deep enough.
