One or two results coming through on the tracker now. Better late than never I suppose.

Ah but the results that have come are wrong. Forget what I said.

The time’s right for our lad at 2:25:39 but the position is wrong - he was 9th not 7th apparently

Some of the results seem to be right but others are 30 minutes out!

Sushi.
They started late for the elites.

I was a 1:15 start and they were back on time as they could have let us go at 11:05 but made us wait.

Mr. Grumpy
Well done to everyone running today!

Shame about the delayed start and live tracking, but fantastic support all around the course.

Managed to scrape under my target of 3:30, although I’d secretly hoped for a PB, but missed it by 1:16. Messed up by going out too ambitious, and not helped by my watch over-measuring by over 400m.

Was in serious limp-mode for the last 6k, but managed to grind it out!

Can’t decide whether to do it again next year, as I think the price increase is taking the P a bit, but good luck to anyone else who’s in.

Sushi.
I did 4:44.

36 mins quicker than Chester last week.

Happy with that.

Can go I to my winter training knowing that I wasn't dreaming about a sub4 being possible
Gawd damn that virus.

I started around 10 mins after the approximate time in the red wave . Loss of tracking is a shame but didn’t seem to affect my progress. In the latter stages the 4:00 pacer passed me but I went out with the 3:45 pacer and became detached at the 10 mile mark.
