Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

I'll be in my Fetch rainbow t-shirt, along with the Mile End parkrun crew (and a parkrun flag!) at mile 16.5 (Westferry Road) on the left hand side.

I'll probably be in my black Fetch top (as FERC is my running club, it seems rude not to) and a white cap. I'll probably be limping, swearing, or both. Gissa wave!

Expo was quite busy today, didn't have to wait long to drop bag and collect number though. I was glad of my n95 mask on the very busy DLR full of coughing children!

Seemed to be fewer stands than in previous years I've been but could partly have been that I didn't want to linger too much tasting samples etc cos I didn't want to take my mask off! I picked up the aeroshox aeropex from their stand, thanks for the tip, got quite a decent bag free as well as the discount. Also got some socks from Alton sports, they have a London edition balegas which aren't obvious but are quite a nice memento (nicer than the "official" New Balance ones). And signed my cat up for a cat food trial. No idea why that was there but the cat will probably enjoy rejecting whatever I offer him.

Expo was very sparse compared to when I've been before (I went yesterday). Notable absences from the likes of Nike, Adidas, Saucony, Brooks etc. In fact the only major footwear brands were New Balance and Hoka. Lots else missing too - skin's, shock absorber to name but a few....
