How would you measure 30 minutes of walking WS? Would you include pottering round the kitchen making toast? Going for a wee? These things are not easily measured even if you’re an expert, let alone a layperson. And there are many different ways of measuring movement.

There are studies of exactly that...micro exercise...done by one of my lecturers. I will try and remember her name...she taught me stats..did well actually as I hate the subject. Properly hate it.

It was one of her themes and areas of study. What was the effect of pottering about small amounts of steps erratic exercise and there is an effect, it is better than nothing. Only just.

Half an hours walk. Nice and easy. Nails it.
