Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Great run today. Did my local 3 mile loop 20s quicker than I've ever done it before :-) :-) and 4 mins quicker than I did in December.
Very nearly collapsed outside the house a few yards from the finish - didn't even have the energy to sprint up the last hill. The last hill was the worst I think.

Things are looking good for a 10K PB on Tuesday :-)

Amazing...I must be a duck. I love running in the rain and did my furthest run of 4.84 miles. I loved every step and loved being soaked:-)

Well done bDave! That's almost as long as George Bernard Shaw went without sex!

5M race, easy, keeping HR below 170. Tired after 12M quite fast yesterday (only 15s mile slower) so a very controlled run.
