Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Nice - damp - but missed the proper wetness :)
Tewkesbury Half
Met up with Catmando, Hanneke, TMR, Howard Road Runner, and ran with Velociraptor
Some good races - I'll let them tell you about them

Me - I survived reasonably unscathed - and it was a decent Tempo run for me

It was good. It's a long time since I've run 10 miles and although it was slow it was lovely. The wonderful hard rain kicked in about mile 5.5 which made me happy :-) :-) Running is easier when I'm soaked through to the skin and grinning like a madwoman

A good but hard race only 5k but think they are harder to do when you have been working on distance so good even though over PB :) :)

it was good. Used Richmod Half as a training run. Paced my friend for the first 3 miles at 10mm pace and she did really wel finishing in 2:15 for her first ever half marathon! 5 minutes faster than my 1st 1/2 marathon.

I felt strong all the way around and my stomach was behaved. Back on the serious tringin now from Tuesday :)
