Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Well done RB! You're storming after Statty!

Took a rest day today after running a leisure centre league race (6 mile road) the day before. Nowt spectaculat time-wise but got under marathon pace which was encouraging. 8 mile club run planned tomorrow, getting back into the swing of things, will be queen lizard again before long! ;-)

Nice 7 miles, but as usual, took me half an hour to settle in (when will that improve ?) - so last 30 minutes were better. Lovely evening - got home and my little goat was sick. Despite efforts, 'fraid she died an hour ago

7 hot and sewaty miles on the treader.

I had to take my t-shirt off and wring it out before going back to my room otherwise I would have left a trail of sweat through the hotel......nice :)

Worst thing was I had to put the wet t-shirt back on after wringing it out :(

Need to be better organised and take a spare tomorrow :)
