Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Ultra Kazzaaaaah!!
Fab. Just a wee 3 mile treadie run - trying out some new shoes. Planned to be sedate and steady but decided to crank it up! Shin has been a bit sore again but not too bad.

just over 10 miles again today. Laps this time in prep for the 100K "monotiVALS" as they are now known (the ability to run around a short loop for long periods as indifferent paces)

Dragged my lazy ass out of bed this morning to overtures of Beej's snoring, and got down to the hotel gym... did a cheeky 4 miles in 37:57. Excellent start to the month :)

Quite pleased that I'm managing to keep going to the gym, even though I HATE the dreadmill.

I believe I deserve treats.

6.64 miles, 56:44. Super duper. Glorious morning :)

And Hawkshead must have done me a bit of good, as I got up the hills in record time with what felt like mimimum effort :)

Mmmmm, fairy cake, thanks Pudd :) I'll burn it off at that short marathon we're doing in Scotland in October...

Well done on your splendid run :)
