well done people
just a short 3.5 miles for me - running with a new running buddy who is fitter than i am, but went to my first circuit training class on thursday; the instructor promised me i would ache on saturday and boy was she right!!! hopefully the gentle 10m/m run helped to loosed my calves rather than making it worse!
great to have a new running buddy though: if i include brent (part-timer that he is) i now have 5 human running buddies and 3 canine, although not managed to get everyone out at once yet.

Well done Siouxsie! I haven't been today as OH was having a major whinge about my running last night so gave it a miss. As it happens my foot has been really hurting so it's probably just as well, though I feel really guilty for missing it.:-(
